I don't unfortunately own one (yet?), but at least in the development environment it already kind of works out of the box. It works using one of the GPL OSs shipped with tiemu, however it segfaults when trying to load an original TI OS. Probably to run it on the real phone, the interface will need to be changed somewhat, because AFAIK you need a right mouse key to access the menu.
Additionally, it won't probably work well in landscape mode (except maybe emulating the Voyager 200).
