On a serious note... please consider to put in structure what is missing and what is required to get what working.

Hi,
I'm impressed to see that you have such a big goal set for yourself.

To ease your work, consider also how you can use the existing resources like the maemo.org wiki. It should support arabic and you most certainly can set up pages there.

Also setting up an open version control system is some work, consider whether you can use or co-operate with some already existing arabic VCS site (I assume they exist, there are a lot of arabic developers out there).

Setting everything up is a lot of work, it's better to share some of that.

Also if you would like to have the layouts of the different services in maemo.org please mail me. They are all under the creative commons license, so we will naturally provide them to you.

also, we have to think about 2 important things for the time being:
1)- how to put arabic plug-in to write in arabic
2)- push nokia for arabic keyboard support as well
