Hello all.
Joined last month, but only just found this thread!
My very first mobile was a Nokia 6150. 10 years later I'm back with Nokia, eagerly awaiting a N900.
Very excited, not only about the N900, but about being part of this community

You've got a good thing going on here, I've been following this community every once in a while since my first design gig for N810. So yeah, I'm a freelance designer (UI/3D/motion graphics) currently working with icons, themes and other design/multimedia related content for the N900. I've designed for few other mobile platforms (iPhone, S40/60, UiQ, OS2008) but never been this pumped about UI design before, I think we'll see some beautiful stuff running on N900.
Just getting my feet wet here in the community and looking for ways to contribute too. I'll be opening a site with N900 related content in the near future, just need to get the device first to test everything Feel free to contact me with design related stuff.

I have not said hello, yet so here it goes.
I'm 39, have a computer science BSc, and work in industrial image analysis / microscopy. I have enjoyed handheld computing since my Psion Series 3a. Looking forward to my N900 Hopefully I can get some developing done.

Hi i do not own a n8*0 but i want to buy a n900 when it's avaible. i'm really impressed by maemo and so i thought may i can contribute and join

Currently i'm working for Novell/SUSE Linux as QA Softwareengineer.
looking forward to contribute and my n900
EDIT: one of my work colleagues borrowed me the n810 for a few weeks. just great, so i can get experience with maemo. )

Just wanted to say hello.
Looking forward to receiving my pre-ordered N900 handset.
I will mainly be visiting this page for apps and games - since N900 will be my entertainment center.
Oh btw, how do i add an avatar picture? Tried looking in Control Panel - but had no luck.
