Is there right way to use maemo SDK inside native x86_64 environment? Without setting up*chroot and other kludges.

Has anybody experience in this?

It should work fine, just install from tarballs and use setarch or edit the script to get pass the i386 check.

There are a number of threads, and issues in bugs.maemo.org describing the exact steps on various OSes.

Try a search for x86_64.
