The Google Talk account setup wizard on the N800 only allows to create a user name from the gmail.com or the googlemail.com domains.
I am using Google Mail For Your Domain, meaning that my gmail account ends with @somby.net
Is there any way I can register a Gtalk user on the N800 using my personal domain?
Once a user is created I guess the user name is stored in some text file, and I have been trying to locate this file, to edit it to the correct domain name, but I am not able to find the file.
Does anyone know which file contains the user name?

Thanks for confirming that I'm not insane! The first time I tried to set this up, that's what I thought, too. Later on I realised that I was wrong, and I thought I must have been insane to have ever thought it was limited to just those two domains.. Since then, I've set up all three of my google-apps domains..
The secret is: Don't click on the arrow to reveal the drop down list. Instead, click on the bit that says gmail.com - it's actually a text area, and you can edit it to say whatever you'd like. In other words, just type your own domain in there
