What do you mean by 'shipping confirmation' ? Do you mean the standard email everyone got sayings its been released for processing?

This isn't true for auth's marked as internet orders, only for card holder present.
This is more the fact that Nokia couldn't communicate internally and unnecessarily auth'ed cards three times (or more) for 500 quid, it is naturally assumed as a fraud. (How many people buy three phones for 500quid in 2 months?)
There are better ways of doing this and Nokia should know this.

Just got the normally really annoying call from my CC company saying that Nokia had charged me, but this time I was overjoyed to hear from them.

Also got an email from shop.nokia.co.uk saying that they have processed the order, but no shipping confirmation.

Got my screen protector, SD card, and armoured case, all I need now is patience

I've only got the 'in stock - released for processing' email so far. Ordered on the 19th Oct.
I'l buy it off you for £260 cash?

I agree, I don't think its intentional by Nokia (as I didn't have any discount codes applied), its random but related to the technology/way/number of orders Nokia were putting though.

IMHO if we have some idea of the scale of this we take that to .shop.nokia and see if they can improve their processing for the future.

Has anyone received any actual 'shipping confirmation' or has anyone order status in Nokia account changed, where it say order not shipped or backordered etc?
