I just noticed that the website now said in stock so I just ordered mine from nokia online and they said that it should ship next week at the latest. I don't mind paying the premium if it is really going to ship. I also have it ordered on amazon. I will cancel the one that ships last.

Now that's bull. Congrats to you but that's why I hate Dell, no consistency. Ordered 11/5 and mine shows as "In Production" with 12/10 shipping date.
