I'm buggered if I'm going to take that. I was told that it would ship on Wednesday, and it is now Friday, with still no sign of activity, so I'll be giving them hell a bit later on today.
I took two weeks off so I'd be able to get my phone and play with it. The first week was full of waiting for it to actually ship (since the dates they gave turned out to be utter crap), and this week has been full of yet more waiting.
Not a happy camper.
I ordered online, so wasn't told any shipping day (apart from the standard 3-4 weeks in the email, which I chose to ignore!). Yes, if I'd been told Wednesday I'd be fuming too. Did they seriously say it would ship out a day later, on a late pre-order (or did you retain your original place in the queue??)
Not a good way to spend your time off! Being at work takes my mind off of it!! ....at least that's the idea!
Been waiting for my pre-order since mid Oct! from the idiots at MPD (Nokia Retail). Contemplating starting a revolt, I actually looked at HTC HD2 this morning because it had a delivery date of 2-3 days. But then I thought someone might get my N900. I hate waiting, being kept in the dark and fed cr@p, like a mushroom.
Can't anyone who didn't order from Nokia direct won't get it before 3rd Dec which was on the email they sent out last week.

According to them at the time, they had *plenty* of stock, and there were *no* worries about it shipping the next day. Yes sir, no sir, three bags full.
Then people who were ringing up the next morning were told they had magically gone out of stock...
My original order was placed in early-mid October.
I work in Basingstoke, though I live about 15 mins from the store!! I can do a meet up but it'd have to be about 6pm

If the stock arrives today, we should expect it tomorrow. If the stock arrives tomorrow we should expect it sunday, if the stock arrives sunday we should expect it monday.. Which courier delivers on a sunday?! Monday is going to be a lie too. .isn't it.. I'm feeling depressed!
