    Hmm... most likely this is not the problem, but I once wanted to play and Online game in USA. But my card kept getting denied. I finally found out that even though the game was in the USA the charge was going outside the USA. I had to have the bank allow foreign purchases on my card before it would work.

    But I would guess Nokia USA charge would be in the USA... but you never know.

    I chatted with some Peter dude @ Newegg today, I actually got the guy to honor me a $25 credit once I receive my order. However, I'm still in the position of canceling my pre-order if it doesn't get shipped or at least processed on monday. This is just ridiculous.

    I am really disappointed in Newegg. I just ordered from nokiausa.com since they have a weekend sale and have the device in stock. I should be getting mine probably on Wednesday. I really need to give them a piece of my mind now by
    1) calling them and calling them all sorts of name
    2) spam email them.
    3) never recommend anyone to pre-order from them.

    I placed my order on 10/30. The status changed to "charged" two days ago, and it turned into "shipped" in this afternoon!! I also got the UPS tracking number, too!! Can't wait to get it next week!

    how is it possible that you placed your 10/30 and you are getting it before all of us that placed ours before you. I am so going to write newegg a nasty email. Just so angry and furious at them.

    Dudes, this is the internet, where anyone can say they did anything and not have to prove it.

    Still I'd recommend severely pursuing NewEgg after 11/30.

    too late i already canceled and order from nokiausa. That have already charged me and sent me confirmation. Take a look at newegg, they don't even have the n900 in stock anymore. 11/25 it was there. Lots of activity between then and yesterday.

    I ordered on 10/22.
