At last i was able to 
. I installed it through LXDE using the simple sudo apt-get install.
To launch it i got to Debian chroot console and type artha.
Everyone have a wonderful 2010.

i found the armel.deb for artha, wordnet etc, tried dpkg -i ..but it was all futile.
