I meant I don't see the mini USB converter for using the charger from lets say N95. I noticed the same thing with the N97, i saw on youtube unboxing the N97, the guy has the mini USB converter , N97 case and also a dvd of Ovi while the one i got for NAM does not have those.

When I emailed to say that I was very unhappy with their treatment/ intentional ignorance / refusal to acknowledge shipping, the guy didn't even look up my current order #. He looked up my old one what I included to show I originally had ordered this Oct. 9th and he said "congratulations it's fully cancelled so you won't have to pay anything, but you can pre-order again now if you want the phone and we'll charge you the $529.99 price."

He then proceeded to give me the same email about "no stock, no idea when there will be stock, we will email you"
