surely someone could write a synch app for gmail to N900 for calendar and contacts and tasks?
I used to just export everything and then manually import, but I'm sure this process can be automated...

oops sorry I'm stupid I actually have that on my N97, but I don't like the client at all, really want to be able to use the native email client with Gmail.

what do you mean by native email client ?

Nokia messaging, Mfe, IMAP/POP accounts on your N900 use the one and only native and "Modest" email client as far as I was aware

ok thats awesome, by native, I mean I don't want to install a seperate app client for mail.
I was always under the impression that nokia messaging was a seperate client? as in you need to install it and stuff

    oh awesome
so 3 days is the max i can have emails for? thats fine i guess.
does it thread emails that are of the same subject similar to the gmail web client or will each be different "email". I assume the latter since even blackberries and such show it as a "new email" with the conversation within.
