Yes, Nokia did charge me twice on my two different debit cards and thanks God Nokia was not able to charge my credit card, but they tried.
If first order fails due to authorization issues - why the heck Nokia is accepting second and third attempts and holding the money for those orders?
Nokia needs a good lesson on how to do business here in US.

Do a quick google search for class action attys in your area should bring up a few! They will need as much info as you can give them about how many people has been effected and the damages as a result of the actions

    Thanks Bro,
I will do that. Actually, I did fast search on Google and it looks good.
I hate lawsuits sincerely, but I hate more when such big companies like Nokia treat people so bad. Every one can make a mistake but the way Nokia resolves this issue makes me think of filing that lawsuit - Nokia well deserves it.
I saw so many people at this forum affected by this ugly attitude and many of those folks do not make high incomes.
    Sad, very sad.

If you find a atty that will take it most of them will do it on a contengancy basis you will need to find a few people that has had the same type of damages as yourself or close to it. On a class action you will not make alot of $$ on the suit. You might become a class rep and recieve about t10k but the lawsuit itself could go into the million with the atty receiving 33.3% of the payout. Plus nokia would have to pay a fair sum in damages to each member of the class that recieved damages for the period of time that was effected. I had some issues as well such as the free headset that was promised that never showed. good luck and let me know I would be on board with this something should change on their customer service here in the us.........

I see. well, I opened new thread to see if people would respond and share some ideas.
I do not care much about money although I did waist a lot of my time.
I do want Nokia to learn hard this lesson.

Nokia Corporate Office - New York

    Tel: +1 914 368 0400

I say we all start calling this number first thing tomorrow morning. Better than talking to some representative in the Philippines.

Ordered on the 30th at 6pm. Status went to In Progress. CC was charged the 600 and change. Today I received an invoice but no tracking information at all. Also once I log into "Your Account" it no longer shows an order. I wonder if it has been shipped already or if I am going to have a problem. Called twice and was listening to elevator music both times for over 10 minutes and hung up.
