    Hey guys!
    This is Jon from Tehkseven, the creator of the video.
    Just a heads up, we split the video into 2 (which makes total sense.. not sure why we didn't do that in the first place).

    So, that long rant is taken out of the scratch test video, giving you guys exactly what you want to see

    Hope this video, and future stress test videos will help you guys out in one way or another!

    Pocket simulation and drop test vids coming tomorrow!

    @tehkseven

    Texrat had an issue where he managed to yank out the female USB end from the n900 after a few accidentally drags of the n900 when it was connected. After your done with your other tests could you test that please? Thank You.

    That guys voice makes me cringe nonetheless very informative. I will slap on the screen protector 1st thing after watching that video.

    I wonder if by placing the screen protector on the screen the screen will lose sensitivity therefore negating the point of building a thinner screen with better sensitivity.

    @Laughing Man
    Perhaps . How would you like us to perform the test?
    If you have a Youtube account, do you mind posting your suggestion there! It would be much easier for me to check

    Thanks!

    @hihai411
    Uh... Thanks?

    Haha no thanks. I'm not intending to kill my device even if I'm only going to be paying $429 for it. I just suggested it since your already on your way to destroying your n900. I don't think even accidental warranties would cover that (especially if they saw your videos). And yeah I have a youtube account, I'll post there.

    Well considering the touch screen is more sensitive than the n800 I'd say it'd still be an improvement.

    It would also be interesting to see how the 3.5mm headset female end holds up when a connected headphone plug is used as a leverage.

    btw, thanks for the video tehkseven

    That's a good idea .
    We'll keep that in mind!

    In regards to the screen sensitivity with a protector, I imported a DuraSec HiTec protector from Germany and put it on immediately. This thing is still extremely sensitive to the touch, I almost forget it's resistive! I had both an iPhone and a Tilt for a substantial amount of time, and I rate the sensitivity with the DuraSec protector closer to the iPhone (love the very slight vibration/tactile feedback you get telling you've applied just enough pressure).

    I am loving this thing!!

    Hey, I have another suggestion. When you're doing the drop tests, is it possible to show a test with the keyboard out and another with the keyboard in. I wonder how much stress the keyboard can handle.

    Thanks again tehkseven
