yea u need to have the payment authorised before with bank/Ccard, as nokia just seem to cancel order instead of waiting for authorisation

It's not a problem with Nokia sever. I had the same problem this morning and I solved it deleting my account and creating it again.
I recommend you to do the same.

am glad you lot got yours today but posting the tracking on this post just make me feel worse 
I dont know how much longer I will have to keep on ordering for. My bank thinks Nokia is mad and do not understand why they do not just take the money. Told them why but still only say they can only valadate it for one day at a time. Looks like I will be bugging lloyds and they may still cancelle again
