I am about to buy an N800 and wanted some advice first. Has anyone used it with webguide an app to access your media center pc and stream music photos and videos. If not would anyone like to try for me if i give you access to my webguide all you need is a web browser and an address, user name and password that i can give you.

Secondly can i share a drive on my pc and access videos from it and stream them to the N800 in divx or similar

Webguide does work in a sence on n800 (lastest OS2007 update) You can access and view the guide and set recordings, using the Flash based UI is a bit slow but does allows access, while the mobile UI is best. However Webguide only streams in WMV formats and the n800 does not have a proper player for this format. Orb on the other hand is another program the offers the same services, and has a settings just for the n800. Although, Orb does not seem to be as stable as Webguide. I am hoping the new OS2008 update allows for WMV streaming play.
