Hi there. I ordered on 28th Nov and my status still says "Pending stock". I really hope it will get delivered by 13th Dec because I am going on holiday and not back until New Years

Phoned mpd this afternoon and to cut out the drivel basically they said i would definately get a call to confirm credit card because of it being so long ago when i ordered. so it will be next week now says i, yes they said. So off to the pub i go to calm down, just got back and yes you guessed it" sorry you where not in " from royal mail. Unferkinbelievable . . . . . . . ,

I think you can be assured (but dont hold me to thisl!!) it will be with you by then, I ordered 19/11/2009 at 16:58 (probably just as MPD were closing) and my status changed "Ready For Despatch" yesterday noon.

So working on the fact yours was 9 days later, you will be getting a status change maybe Mon/Tues next week and prob received by you Friday 11th Dec latest (or a sat delivery maybe)

Will keep my fingers crossed for ya and all who waiting for there "baby"... me included ..lol..

I was hoping like many mine may of come today but no luck (but I can wait !!) but then again as a few guys on here ordered wayyy before me and still aint received theirs yet....I dont feel hard done too..

Note to all people that are planning to port their numbers over to new N900 contract but within the same network (ie. I have T-Mobile number and got another new T-Mobile contract with N900 and I'd like to port my number onto that contract).

Turns out that because of the way how PAC codes work, after porting number to 'gap' network, it will need to remain there for another 30 days, until new PAC code could be issued, and that unfortunately applies to all networks in the UK. :(

I just ported my T-M number out to Vodafone pay-as-you-go service and then lady explained that 30-day PAC code rule. I then called T-Mobile again and they actually confirmed the same. Having said that, unfortunately I'm now stuck with pay-as-you-go service for another month. A bummer!
