None that I can find in bugs.maemo.org, but I definitely remember an issue that was fixed internally that sounds similar and will be included in the PR1.1 update (before/around Christmas according to Maemo Summit).

Hi All

I feel we are a little off the thread here.

I m not able to login to my gtalk IM since 2 days from both wifi and data package(2g). i was using it fine untill i got network error b4 2 days. so i deleted the account and creted it again,but coudnt loginto it. it shows not signed in evry tim i try to login. i could succefully login to other ims liked yahoo,skype,face book etc.

can some one help me fix my gtalk im please

Tom,
simple question but have you tried to login to GTalk on your computer? Just in case there is a problem with the account itself? You didn't mention if you had tfried this first.

yes i could loginto gtalk from my laptop. as i told you it was working fine , i m facing this from last two days. i mostly use my 2g connctio during daytime and wifi when i get home in the evening.

i on my vacation in india(no 3g) and i woul like to stay connected to my gtlak.
