I've spent some time writing a twitter client in python. it works on the n810 and the n900.
I wrote it as a learning exersise mainly. however I have started using it as my main client.

i've been thinking about making it availiable, but that seems like a lot of effort to go to if no one is interested.

so, here is what it can do

• basic auth only.
• retireve your twitterfeed
• tweet
• twitpic
• open referenced urls from tweets into browser

also there are views for
mentions, direct messages, public timeline, friends, trending topics
and there is a search option.

it's all pretty raw, and I'm not going to pretend it's even remotely well written. but if there is interest I may clean it up and figure out how to get it into the repositories etc

i've seen it in devel, get it promoted to extras and i'll give it a try : I've never used twitter before though.

I've been using Witter quite often since it hit extras-devel. It is a little rough around the edges, but I think it's a good start. Please keep developing it!

I think the ui needs an update, can I redesign the buttons and layout? I can do it in photoshop and send oyu pngs, does that work?
