    Hi,

Does wap.voicestream.com work for 3G and GPRS equally? Meaning...should I use this setting for both connection types?

    Thanks,

I work for T-Mobile, the proper APN is epc.tmobile.com

wap.voicestream.com will work but is highly outdated and could be discontinued someday...

If you are using "Phone First" internet, you are on your own...

Thanks for the quick reply. That APN worked for me. What is "Phone First" internet?

    Thanks again,

"Phone First" internet is the $9.99 package... It is unsupported and if your account were to get audited, T-Mobile has the right to charge you per kb... Haven't heard of it happening yet, but AT&T has been all over the news for charging customers $5,000+ bills in the past... I'd rather be safe than sorry ya kno?...

I'm using epc.tmobile.com. Never changed my account from a while back when I was playing with Android.

Don't know if that will work if you don't have a G1 plan or not... Worth a shot though.
