I've previously obtained Brodit car mounts in the UK from InCarGear.com, but their website seems to be having problems at the moment. I've also purchased from proclipusa.com before and had it shipped to the UK although it can be expensive.

Hi All,
I know there is already a thread for N900 car kits, but it seems the site being mentioned there doesn't have a UK presence (even though I can select UK it just shows me some foreign address!).
Anyway, I currently have an in car charger and holder for my N95, that works nicely. It allows me to use the phone in portrait or landscape, and open in either direction.
Does anyone know of any such car mounts for the N900 yet, I've searched but can't find anything.
My current mount sucks to the windscreen, but seems to have left some stubborn rings on the window! So if possible I'd be looking into other attachment methods (what ever they may be!). So any help on that front would also be appreciated.

There are various UK outlets but the UK website is http://www.dashmount.co.uk/ so you can get the part for your car right.

Dex, you might want to invetigate Dashmount for your car. I've had them in the past couple of cars and they are great. Nice firm fix and not an MOT failure as you would have wih windscreen mount (unless outside of the wiper area).
