My Nov 22 order went to "shipping soon" within the past 5 hours. Delivery estimate is still Dec 14. Shipping is one-day.

Hmmm 22nd is shipping soon, mine 23rd still not yet shipped.. wtf

Amazon is really pushing it... My patience is almost running dry. So they better hurry the F* up... or i'll go with Newegg instead.

Hi everyone... I have been following this thread for a while since I also pre-ordered from Amazon and have experienced similar results. Here's my current history/status:

11/21/2009 - Pre-Ordered (AZ)
12/3/09 - Rcvd Estimated Delivery date of 12/09/2009
12/8/09 443 am - Rcvd email w/ new Estimated Deliv date of
12/15/09
12/8/09 806pm - Rcvd email stating Order shipped and
estimated arrival 12/9/09

I don't want to get too excited about the updated status until I have it in my HANDS!

Anyways, just wanted to post this to see if it helps anyone or at least gives a sense of hope that yours is coming soon as well!

I lost hope a while a go. There is no hope left for Amazon for me. All I can do is just let them have their say through email again and a gain. My order is 23rd November but has the same estimation date as the people who ordered on the 4th December.

just want to update that i received my n900 today. so excited. its a lot smaller than what i had expected. i hope you guys get yours soon from amazon.

I guess someone canceled because status has now changed to Shipping Soon. But no email and CC still not charged. My non-existent excitement level remains unchanged until I get stinkin' tracking number.

@ maxximuscool, I thought you said you got yours a few pages back in this thread... maybe i thought you said you got it, but you may have said you got the shipping confirmation. that sucks dude that they keep toying with your emotions ( i ordered back on sept 17 and it was cancelled by them and i had to re-order ).



Well just to let some of you know, although I'm not sure how useful it may be. I actually cancelled my second ordered from amazon once i got wind ( thanks to twitter ) of a deal on dell, which at first struck me as odd since they already had the "low price deal with coupon code", which didnt look appetizing with the LATE ship date) . I decided to at least entertain the idea that they would have it , so i called to see if it was in stock, so after a loooong wait time last night ( in korea so I'm a day ahead of state side time) they said yes sir its in stock and we would like to help process this order.

well to my amazment i was ready to do it but price was gonna be the kicker becuase due to technical difficulties i got my order with amazon adjusted to $497,... but they cut me off mid sentence ( very overzealously though ) to say i would get it from them for $449 ... so i asked.. what is it after sales tax, they said thats it sir .. well needless to say i processed the order and cancelled my amazon order since it was in stock and i was told it would ship out in three days or so, then i would get it by no later than the 15th ( free shipping as well) so even though my deal with amazon was sweet with the est delvery date of 9 Dec, which i'm sure would've gotten pushed back like every body else's dell saved me cash and had it on hand so it worked out for me.

ya it must have been me and possibly the other ppl calling dell last night for that "deal"... maybe not though, but i did hate to cancel after waiting this long, but hey... i got it through dell
