the one i recieved did not come with any dollar amounts written on it, matter of fact there was not invoice on the package.
PS: been using the one that came from dell since this morning and everything works mic works and have not had a single reboot even pushing it to the limits open 34 windows at the same time no reboots.
when you guys say mic you abviously mean the phone mic, and i guess check bluetooth but is that how you check for the reboot issue is by making the processor work hard by openeing up multiple windows?
Dell accepts non-USA credit card, as long as you got a US shipping address, in another words, your address verification is not important. I got from this thread, but it is in 2005, does anyone got any updates on this ?
Hey bro, just wondering again, what does "in production" in dell means, does that mean that my credit card has been charged ?
Thks.
in production means nothing in terms of this phone as i understand. all it is, is your information has been sent to brightpoint(the nokia usa distributor). and they wait until they get some reply from brightpoint about when they will ship you and only then you will be charged
i got my n900 too! from ca. man the phone is so much smaller than what i had expected.
i hafta agree that it is indeed MUCH smaller than i expected, and this coming from an asian girl with small hands
im def super happy with this phone. despite the hassle that is dell (who is getting a bad complaint emailed to them in a sec), this phone is def worth the wait. but then again it is a HUGE upgrade from this old e65 ive had forevs
Wow, they actually followed up on my request for my 11/5 order to be expedited. "The request was submitted to the factory, please allow up to 48 hours for response." It sucks but its better than 1/20/2010. And I still cant believe they are sending new orders a ship date of next Tuesday.

Just did the same thing for my 11/05 order. Getting $50 coupon for next time I order (very unlikely at this point). Nokia better follow through and get me my N900.
Just an update for everyone, I was one of the people who ordered on thanks giving day and I was given an estimated delivery date of Feb of next year. I just recently called dell to complain, and They just told me my estimated date of delivery is on the 21 of this month (December). So there's some hope for people who ordered on or before that date that didn't receive their's yet.
I called to complain about how some people who are just ordering now have been getting estimated dates way earlier than us. I didn't even believe that the rep acted as if this wasn't even a problem. This might be my last purchase from dell.com, if i don't receive my phone by christmas sales, i'ma just buy a phone from elsewhere, probably amazon, I don't wanna miss the christmas sales waiting for dell to ship the phone. Dell has to get their **** together
