You need to install sshfs package to the computer where you're trying to use sshfs. And you need have ssh server running in the target device.

Edit: Corrected false information.

You should be able to do that.

Sorry I gave false information on the first answer. You have to have ssh server running in your device and install sshfs on your desktop. And then

Code:
sshfs user@host:remotedir mountpoint
Install sshfs on your device if you want to mount filesystems over shh to your device.

to avoid putting in my password every time I do this:
On the N800:
~ $ ssh-keygen -t rsa
# accept the default filename and choose an empty password
~ $ scp ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub user@desktop:
On the Desktop:
cat ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub >> ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
this work between other pcs, but doesnt work between my N800 (server) and my pc (client)
why?

The server needs to have SFTP available. Quick test suggests that dropbear does not have one. OpenSSH should, so you probably want to install that unless you're already using it. If you can connect to your device using SFTP, you should be good to go. (Obviously you need sshfs on the client but that goes without saying.)

As for pubkey authentication, you need to make sure your file permissions are set on the server and on the client. SSH may refuse to work unless you've set things secure. To be on the safe side set your ~/.ssh directory to 0700 (drwx------), and everything under it to 0600 (-rx-------).

If you're running Debian, you can use ssh-copy-id to copy your public key to server's authorized_keys (e.g. "ssh-copy-id server-address" or "ssh-copy-id user@server").
