Yes, it takes photos if you accidentally press the camera button. So yes, same issue.

I suppose he means the lens cover scratch issue, and no it doesn't.

the only issue i'm aware of on the n97 is the cover that scratches the lense.

and no, i havent heard of that on the n900.

It's a totally other construction. And yes, even Better.

I know the N97 lens cover desing. And I was supriesed when I saw the N900 desing the first time.

But the Camera itself is very bad. The N95 Camera was even Better!
