    Trouble installing applications from Extras (was: please help me..)

    Is this on wifi connection? If so, it may work ok over cellular connection.

    If it works ok over cellular, but not over wifi, try setting the DNS servers for your wifi connection to point directly at your ISPs DNS servers, or someone elses, for example the google DNS servers at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 or use OpenDNS. Setting mine to my ISPs DNS servers fixed this for me.

    It could be in several reasons:
    1. You lost wifi connection. Just reconnect.
    2. Server where package is not working now. I had this problems with Extras-development yersterday for several ours. Just wait and try few hours later.

    3. Most possible you didn't update before downloading new package. I recommend you: a) open App Manager; b) Press Update; c) install new soft. Update in Linux (used "apt-get update" command in xterm under root) update information about repository. If package was changed in repository your App.Manager don't know it until update. After Update information for repository you can upgrade upgradeable packages ("apt-get upgrade"). In linux update and upgrade it is 2 different steps.

    Steps to do:
    1. reconnect to inet;
    2. Press Update in App.Manager;
    3. If you have some packages to update than update them.
    4. Install package which you want
    5. If you will get this message again then wait for several hours and try again.....

    did this work.but not result
    Problem is not resolved.
    Previously when Refresh app manager>dawnload available all application download:


    bot now only 4 noumber available application download.

    The IP address given in the error message there is from turktelecom, so it looks like there's a proxy server being used (the other catalogues use HTTPS so presumably bypass the proxy server). Do you have a proxy server specified in the Internet connection configuration (you'll need to go through to the end of the configuration and click on the "Advanced" button to see this).
