Also a little trick is swiping your finger from just outside the screen on the right to left and you will see the last pages you have browsed. Kind of fun to do... hope it helps...

Just a hunch: Did you try beefing up you browser cache? (from 5 to 40MB maybe)

click the top of the screen(it shows the title of the page) and then options and settings. change the first setting to 40.
