i had it sent back to the factory about six times, and then it finally broke one more time ,but it was two days after the one year warranty and they wouldn't let me send it back without buying another year's worth of warranty which was about 350 bucks. **** Sony Ericsson. I feel your pain buddy. It suck. My motorola V525 did that too when Its warranty expired 2 days later it died lol. I end up chuck it against the wall for fun after a few hour of frustration
Guys, you cannot take a bad experience with a product and then act as if that problem happens to every product. I've had my k850i for several years, it has worked flawlessly. It was a little slow at the start but thanks to a couple of firmware updates, it's a very smooth operating phone IMO.
Because your warranty expires a few days earlier than your product breaking down, that doesn't make it's automatically a bad product, nor does poor customer service or bad company reputation...
