Of course we could write an email to Rovio and ask theme a full version.
As we can see on their site, they already have a full version for this game "BOUNCE 3D BOING VOYAGE" for the N-Gage platform, therefore if we will be enough to buy it, I think they will consider to port it to the N900.
AFAIK, they are now working on a new game for the N900, Angry Bird, which seems to be really funny. If it won't cost too much, of course I will buy it.
