I thought the same, but I ended up getting through on phone, someone else on here told me to just keep ringing, even if its going to answer, just to hang up and ring again, they answered after about 5 or 6 times.
spoke to the staff at Southampton..my phone will be returned on friday n i might get it by tuesday..coz they r expecting new delivery by then..!!??
i think i'll get my phone back only after xmas..
Just 4days from MPD.
