Hi,

Is the FM Transmission supposed to work with the mp3s played using the media player?

It doesnt seem to work on mine. It works for the internet streaming but not the audio files in my system.

Can someone advise me? Thank you.

FM transmission works for all audio in my experience. It is basically a "line out" setting with the other options being speaker, headphones etc (so it won't work if you have headphones plugged in).

So if you turn in on in the settings panel it will work for all audio, although it will turn off if no audio is sent after a period of 1 minute.

You should also see the radio icon in the status bar.
