Will Nokia release a version of Windows Live Messenger for the Nokia N900, and possibly intergrate it into contacts like theyve done with Skype and Gtalk?

There are two plug-ins under development and testing at present to allow this. Butterfly is for MSN only and Haze adds multiple protocols such as MSN, ICQ and Yahoo amongst others. The experience will be the same as for the existing protocols once released.

If you use search on the forum (top right) you should finda number of helpful threads on this subject including how to set it up whilst in Beta and the associated warnings.

    Well, MSN Live itself..?

I mean will I be able to use the feature which allows me to sign in in multiple locations and computers..

I want to sign-in through N900 without logging off from my desktop computer at home...

i rather use live messenger than any other like haze for instance.
I have my contacts in groups which i cannot see with haze or pecan..
and amsn takes too much time just to sign in

Proprietary code is for x86_64 and Windows. There is no way Windows Live Messenger is being ported. Use pidgin. I would kill for finch though

probably not. use one of the other apps that enables the MSN protocol like haze, pecan, and live with the problem that it signs you out of all other locations when you sign in.. and then probably starts a login/logout fight with the other locations
