    I am not quite sure why you continually call it the "N900 kernel" but a quick search suggests that this link demonstrates how to compile the Maemo 5 kernel : http://wiki.maemo.org/Documentation/...o_Kernel_Guide

    Could you describe more your process of Android 2.0 on the N810? What, exactly, did you do?

    Because it's the kernel that runs on the N900 hardware? Anyway, I'll post a few more details over in my Android 2.0 thread http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=35112 eventually - it's pretty straightforward, just cut out the PMEM-dependent framebuffer code and modify the boot configs, compile, and copy the rootfs on over - it'll run with Solca's old NITDroid kernel although I suspect a new kernel with PMEM support would be faster when it comes to the framebuffer.
