I have this game working on my n900: http://sourceforge.net/projects/ppgtd/
The only thing I had to do is edit the localdefs.py just change to bottom resolution from 600 down to 420. Then it runs fine.
Not sure if you need anything else for it to work... since I been trying to learn to program in python. Not sure if I installed pygame or if it came on the n900.

The fact that is it a bit... well unpolished -> not much fun playing right now.
