People, my internet have a proxy: 194.140.232.146, and when i go to the internet on the n900 browser the phone browser ask me for my acount, and after i put my acount (user and password) i can navigate on web, but other aplications like the app instaler program, don`t ask for my acount to install aplications, so it don`t install any aplication.
Anyone knows a solution, or it`s better to report to nokia correct the bug?
If yes how i can report that to nokia?

I think your proxy settings need to be configurated not only with your browser but from the settings panel.
For the configuration of the proxy you should go to Settings, then network Settings, Connections, then click on your connection, Modify, then click Next until you get the Advanced button, click on it and set your proxy settings. Let me know if this works for you.

Yes, i have the proxy, and the port 8080 there, otherwise internet explorer don`t ask my my acount, and don`t let me navigate...

I'm still a bit confused, my suggestion is to report the bug to Bugzilla and see if someone can help you.
Just go to http://bugs.maemo.org, and create a new bug report describing your problem as well as you can.
