Is there a way to define what the '+' in international calls does?
My network operator offers severely discounted international call rates if I dial '009' before the country code and number as opposed to '00'.
All my contacts are saved with a +countrycode-number
Is there a way to let the phone app automatically convert the + to 009 or any other number?
I'm sure many others are in my position, so if there isn't a way to do this, would any developers like to offer it as an xmas/new years gift?
