so i was listening to a flac album last night (standard tags, not id3v2). as expected, under media player, it shows up as 'unknown artist, unknown title', but has album art.

oddly enough, i have a media player widget installed (cant remember which one, dont see it in app manager), and lo and behold, when i looked at the desktop, it had artist and title displayed on it.

wierd.

makes me think the inability to read flac tags is really a bug and not a missing feature
