I've been trying to follow the Google-related discussion, but Outlook is a separate ball of wax. Regardless, whoever is going to respond to you will probably want to know what version of Outlook you're using, and whether you mean stand-alone Outlook or Exchange (and if the latter, what version of Exchange).
