Hi all

My camera started playing up and would not let me take any photos. I then found out my photos are now all read only and i cannot delete them.

how can i fix this????

HELPPP

i had this read only problem but not with camera but with some videos
it could not delete or move them had to put my device in mass storage mode to PC to delete them.
Big problem now is when i connect in mass storage my pc says theres a problem with files on disc and wants to try and scan and fix it.
anyone know how i can solve this problem

nice easy fix for next time, i just formatted my memory and now i'm putting all my media back on.

BigAde had the same exact problem today, Tried taking photos but operation failed.

Up until now I have had no issues at all with the phone a bit disappointing now.

All at the same time I was downloading some save files from the PS3 to move over to another and then un-docked it and BAM issue number 1.

I was kicking myself as I thought I had done something wrong.

Only issue now is it still will not reinstall the software with Nokia's software updater.

i dont know if this pertains to your situation but would you have happen to have it pluged into mass storage mode? i know you can't make any changes while its being used by the computer:

mass storage yes when I had transfered it over. Then PC suite when hooking it up for the software.

The link helped out, the quick solution. I guess for me is why did it happen and will it happen again?
