What would a game like that be without weapons... So, you start the game with the "Stick of the Noob" (you can swat the bugs away but not destroy them) and on the last level you get "The Debugger".
(Or can yo get help in the third level from mysterious character called The Optifier - resembles the wizard of Oz...)
I also wondered about a number of 'tip cards' - where you can go on IRC and ask a dev (phone a friend). One tip avialable for each level.
See, now I've made you lot as crazy as I am!

Maybe there could be hidden resources like the 'dpkg --purge' command which could get rid of nasty applications with unresolvable dependencies.. and 'apt-get clean' to get rid of the old cruft and leftovers from the apps you installed earlier, when it's all bogged down to slow molasses because your world is full of said cruft.
heh, maybe the game could be designed so that when you've mastered it you've unknowingly become an APT guru!

i will look into the adobe photoshop 3D functions or look into blender to provide some 3D graphics the next days... sorry, no coding skills..
