I have been trying to find an contact to report this to for some time but it seems nowadays that it is practice not to disclose any contact info on popular websites...

The Maemo repos (extras, -devel & -testing) are denying access to the from my N900. The N900 log says:
    "<path to repo> 401 Unauthorized [IP: 93.158.110.210 80]"

That means my source IP (in Finland) is blocked. Bad geolocation data maybe?

Where do I report this error?

    Bugzilla works best.

But I'll send a request to our network people. This is a classic error from the export control infra. Means that someone broke a server somewhere, and that reflects badly on maemo.org

We (AS3238) have seen this issue on other large sites as well, which is why I suspect geo errors. I might be wrong, but I would _really_ like to know what the problem was.

Would appreciate if your guys would drop us a note to our NOC regarding the nature of the problem.

    Thanks,

Is there any solution to this problem yet?

I probably use the same mobile network in Finland as JEE and face the exact same error message.
    "<path to repo> 401 Unauthorized [IP: ...."

If I run through a Swedish proxy it works fine, it's just a bit annoying.

I think it's related to this server move:

    Dear Visitor,

maemo.org has a maintenance break. We are moving the servers to a new hosting provider.
We should be back online in a couple of hours, depending on the DNS propagation changes.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
