Is there a way to check if there is any dead pixels on the n900?

try to open sketch... make it all black... if there's any point that u can't make black..... it's a dead pixel...

Stuck pixels show on black (spiral your finger on the screen to make it cover the full screen).

I found loads on mine with the screen brighness on max and in a dark room. I've returned the first one and then the replacement too.

All mine went away when I wiped the grease and specks of dust off of the screen

I've found that strange video that promises (but not with 100% possibilities) to remove stuck pixels from your screen (of course not the dead ones). Has anyone tried it? Does it work? I'm worried about using that video, it actually scares me a lot with those flashing images: maybe they could ruin the sane pixels...

I think it is very strange if there are possibilities to damage the LCD by any video.
