Why do you want to delete any files there? They're protected (owned by the root account) because they're not supposed to be deleted by the user. To do that you would need to become root (and install a package to allow it).

Normally you should un-install the package which those files in /usr/share/themes belong to. You do that from the application manager. Assuming you just installed something that you now want to get rid of.

Everything in /usr is owned by root. So you need to be root to delete it. But be sure about what you delete. Don't mess with root stuff if you don't know what you are doing.

Install rootsh. In the terminal type "sudo gainroot" and then delete what ever you want to delete.

Just make sure you know how to re-flash your device before doing this
