    Hi everyone, very noobish question, but i'm trying to see if i can connect to a vpn at work (Cutting a long story short i have permission, but can'not ask the techy who runs it!)

    I know it's a cisco VPN Setup - and we use tho'se annoying tokens that generate random numbers.

    (Got the web vpn working on my phone - but trying the full connection)

    I have the config file currently used - have posted all of the fields in it below (Without details)
    Which VPN Software on the N900 should i use? (OpenVPN,OpenConnect etc?)

    Code:
    Description=
    Host=
    AuthType=
    GroupName=
    GroupPwd=
    enc_GroupPwd=
    ISPConnectType=0
    ISPConnect=KSS
    ISPPhonebook=
    ISPCommand=
    Username=
    SaveUserPassword=0
    UserPassword=
    enc_UserPassword=
    NTDomain=
    EnableBackup=1
    BackupServer=
    EnableMSLogon=1
    MSLogonType=0
    EnableNat=1
    TunnelingMode=0
    TcpTunnelingPort=10000
    CertStore=0
    CertName=
    CertPath=
    CertSubjectName=
    CertSerialHash=00000000000000000000000000000000
    SendCertChain=0
    PeerTimeout=90
    EnableLocalLAN=0

    (Don't think i've left anything confidential in there!)

    I use vpnc but the vpn-gui isn't working for me. It accept only numbers in the passwordfield.

    So I start vpn from rootshell.

    By looking at your config file, I suggest vpnc. It looks like the old config file for Cisco 3000 concentrators.

    we have the same and use a token to generate the random numbers. I use vpnc and it works pretty well.... just the basic config worked and didnt require much of a work...

    I'm trying this config too (vpnc + vpnc-gui + RSA Token), but where do you enter the token?

    Thanks,

    Vince.
