Actually josh I've been slowly working on that.
Ideally I would see two main links being useful: one to the newcomer's wiki page and one to the Greeters' wiki page. All else could stem from there (maybe a language disambiguity page as well... thinking about that).

I did some minor work on the Greeters' page (many, many huge thanks to smarsh for starting it!) and have more planned. When it's done, this goes from pilot to full-bore implementation.
Anyway your comments are certainly welcome and I do intend to incorporate them!

). There are still detractors who scoff at the value, so let's continue proving them wrong! At the very least, all you have to do is keep posting with helpful signature content...
I added a Swedish version. Unlike my signature I made a straight (or as close as I could) translation of the original English version.
