It's not just you Kathy. This was the same for the intermediate update. Propgation seems to take sometime even throughout the same country.

I have done only one:
apt-get install libqt4-phonon
And I think that's blocking my update. So could somebody tell the commands how to remove that (and I don't need that anymore because now it's coming with the application itself)?
Ever thankful for help
Removing that did the trick. 
Used to be around 38 MB and now it's more than 60 MB.
