Perhaps the OTA process didn't install ALL the packages of PR1.1 successfully due to lack of rootfs disk space, and that's why Application Manager is now showing the remaining packages are available to be installed? If this is the case, perhaps you can refer to this wiki article to free up some rootfs space first...

Yesterday I have successfully upgraded to something named '2.2009.51-1'.
Ok, things goes well and the 'About' reflect '2.2009.51-1' properly ...
I am actually browsing the application manager section by section, and I suddenly see in 'system' category 'Maemo 5 2.2009.51-1' with a size of 2,2 Mo
Clicking on 'details', I see something like that (translated from French original message) :
This update require the software update application on your PC.
Connect the N900 to the PC via USB Cable, and open the software update application Nokia. The application drive you for the Maemo upgrade.
What the hell ? I have made the '2.2009.51-1' upgrade OTA and it look like it worked properly, but now, I don't understand all this crap
Someone have an idea ?
