    0.1.11 submitted to extras-devel.
    Changelog:
    * textview in sender gui scrolls individually instead of scrolling the whole window
    * exception printed (to console) if the mmsc response parsing fails
    * should now decode any filetype in the mms
    * fixed "To"-button so it doesn't break on unnamed contacts
    * config prepared for sqlite-db
    * clicking on a notification should now open fMMS (refresh view if its open)
    * all imagetype should now be shown in the viewer
    * button to launch other filetypes (currently opening in imageview so its unlikely to work)
    * decoder_mms.py decodes a given message file from console

Instead of WAP Gateway you should enter that as "HTTP Proxy" in "Internet Connections" settings - usually works.

(Hoping that this hasn't already been asked, I cant find it)..

Can anyone give me complete and working settings to get fMMS working on my n900 via a VODAPHONE (UK) contract.

I have tried several configs but when sending an image (from withig fMMS) the app just freezes, causing me to have to hard force an app-close (on power bttn).

I look forward to any feedback, as I would really like to get this feature running on my otherwise awesome N900!!
After finding these settings in the wiki:

    Vodafone UK
    •Connection Name: Vodafone MMS
    •Connection Type: Packet Data
    •Access Point Name: wap.vodafone.co.uk
    •User name: wap
    •Password: user
•Prompt password at every login: unchecked
    •Use proxy: checked (yes)
    •HTTP proxy: 212.183.137.12
    •Port Number: 8799
    •MMSC: http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets/mms
    •Resize image: 300
    •Phone number: (Your Phone Number)

I entered them exactly. But when I change my internet connection to the 'Vodaphone MMS' one just before trying to create/send mms, I get this error:

    Internet connection failed.
    Try again? [y] [n]

    Can anyone help?

    HI frals,

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    I get this :

    Sending failed:
    Error 101 Network is unreachable
Please make sure APN settings are correct ?
What do you think I can do next?

    Thx

Did you connect manually to the APN? If not, that's why, if you did, settings are most likely wrong I'm afraid.

Basically, when you get any connection related error it's almost 100% something wrong with the settings - check, double check, check the wiki, check your operators site for settings
