My N900 will get into a state where it will not connect to the GSM or 3G network at all and the signal bar shows empty. I know that the area I am in has a strong signal. The device will happily connect to wifi and will talk to the cellphone network again after a reboot. It has done this three times since the last firmware upgrade but never before.
I know that this last time I had spent some time in an area with no signal but previously the phone had always picked up the network again when moved out of that area.
Has anyone else experienced this?
