I'm assuming you flashed to PR1.1 or else you would have taken a backup as suggested when upgrading to PR1.1

i never took a back up when upgrading either i upgraded to PR1.1 OTA

Got mine friday last week and flashed it the first thing I did after having booted it up.

I'm wondering if taking a backup with password protected would make any difference.
